With over 15 years of experience in the heritage sector, Luis has successfully managed digital projects in the arts in New York, The Hague, and Lisbon. In addition to serving as a policy advisor to the Portuguese Government, he is a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing.
Nothing brings him more joy than uniting teams to drive the digital transformation of heritage organizations
Outside of work Luis enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found bodyboarding or trekking along coastlines.
